Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced adolescents’ social interactions, including romantic relationships. Along with these developments, cyber dating violence has emerged as a growing concern among adolescents. Cyber dating violence includes controlling behaviors, intimidation, harassment, and monitoring of romantic partners through digital platforms. This community service activity aimed to strengthen digital literacy and improve adolescents’ awareness regarding cyber dating violence prevention through the Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-RR) at a public senior high school in Bandung. The activity involved 45 PIK-RR members and utilized educational sessions, case-based discussions, peer counseling simulations, and digital campaign planning. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants’ knowledge regarding cyber dating violence, digital privacy, reporting mechanisms, and peer support strategies. The findings indicate that PIK-RR can serve as an effective platform for empowering adolescents to become peer educators and agents of change in promoting healthy digital relationships. Continuous mentoring and integration of digital safety education into school programs are recommended to sustain the program's impact.
